The winners of each local event would be called up to represent their country at the Regional Summit in Africa after which they would be invited to the Seedstars Global Summit in Switzerland. The final is a week-long event will include bootcamps, specialized workshops, and conferences – to introduce their startup to some of the world’s most prominent investors and executives as well as an opportunity to win a VC investment of up to $1M and additional cash prizes.
Local winners will also have a chance to be part of the Seedstars acceleration program (Seedstars Growth) -a 3 month virtual acceleration program for about 10-20 winners selected from the local competition which would include an investment of $50k of which $20k covers the program and the chance for follow-on funding.
