Tech Industry Heavyweights to Speak at MainOne's #NerdsUnite2019 Conference

Connectivity solutions provider, MainOne is set to host its #NerdsUnite2019 Conference in February 2019.

Started in 2016, Nerds Unite is a yearly tech conference for the Nigerian IT community. The event brings together the most innovative tech minds through conferences, exhibitions, breakout sessions and networking activities.

The theme for #NerdsUnite2019 is Accelerating Digital Transformation. True to this theme, the event promises to expose guests to the latest radical technologies available for Nigerian businesses.

Notably too, Nerds Unite grants slots to companies to exhibit and show off their latest innovations. This year, the breakout sessions are aimed at discussion issues like cloud, connectivity, data centre, managed security, and SME.

The event usually draws quite a lot of following and interests from the tech community. Over 500 guests are expected to grace this year’s event from over 200 companies. So it’s an interesting place for networking and sharing ideas.

The lineup of over 16 speakers scheduled to share ideas at #NerdsUnite2019 is mind blowing. For instance, Ife Oyedele (CEO Kobo 360), Deji Balogun (CTO Terragon Group), Dr Olayinka D. W (Senior Fellow at Lagos Business School), Obinna Ekezie (CEO Wakanow), are a few interesting names scheduled to speak at the conference.

Aaron Fu (MD, MEST Africa), Victor Okigbo (CTO, FBN Quest) and Niyi Ajao (Ag. CEO of NIBSS) are also expected to speak.

#NerdsUnite2019 is scheduled to hold in Lagos on February 8 2019, but the location has not been confirmed. However, registration is still ongoing now. Click here to register.
