Happy new month everyone! It’s a new week loaded with a number of tech events you wouldn’t want to miss. And as usual, we at Technext, have curated a list of upcoming events that you might want to be a part of.

This list includes tech events coming up between September 3rd and 9th, 2018.

Tech Tuesday

Organised by Workstation Lagos, Tech Tuesdays are set to bring current tech innovations in the community to you. Attendees would get to witness first hand, live demos of tech innovations by various tech startups and to headline the maiden edition of this event would be Click Fresh demonstration how their innovation, Automated Delivery Lockers works.

Breast Cancer Hackathon Idea Pitch Event

The grand finale of the Breast Cancer Hackathon Idea Pitch event is set to take place. Selected teams (finalists) would stand to pitch their ideas on the use of technology in preventing breast cancer.

Venue: Akure Tech Hub, Ondo State.

Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) Conference

Organised by WELTI (Women Economic and Leadership Transformation Initiative), the Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) Conference is designed to converge decision makers in the Non – Profit sector in Nigeria, to foster collaboration provide support and create streams of partnership. The event is themed “Bridging the gaps- The power of Non-Profits” and would be the maiden edition of the event.

Venue: Lekki, Lagos.

Date: Thursday, September 6th, 2018.

Nigeria Business Ethics Roundtable Training

Organised by the Africa Resource Center for Ethics (ARCE), the event is designed for training business owners including government organisations on how to maintain high standards of business ethics and integrity. This is the 2nd session of the event and its themed “Managing Ethics in Organizations”.

Note: This event is strictly by invitation to selected Government Organisations.

Venue: Lungi Street, Wuse II, Abuja.

Date: Friday, September 7th, 2018.

Time: 8 am.

Product Tank Lagos – September Edition

Themed “Building the Right Thing”, the September edition of this event is focused on helping entrepreneurs determine the right Product Strategy/Vision as well as building from a position of value creation. It will be an open conversation, and an avenue for Product Managers across all industries to learn, share and build their network.

This edition would be featuring, Inalegwu Alogwu, Group Head Payment Processing at Interswitch Limited and Olomi Otumara, Director of Apprenticeship Products at Andela.
