WEFUNDPRO 2018
WEFUNDPRO 2018 is an event for SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals with interests in starting up a business by helping them discover and kick-start those creative ideas. At the event, startups would get to network and connect with investors, successful entrepreneurs for mentorship opportunities. Entrepreneurs and startups with a problem of funding would get the opportunity to join the WEFUNDPRO Funding Platform and pitch their ideas for financial support and sponsorship.

16th CFA’s Startups Hangout
Themed ” Converting your Creativity to Profit” the CFA’s Startups Hangout is an informal brought to you by CFAtech.ng. Each session enables startups to connect with successful entrepreneurs and top executives with a lot of industry experience. This particular edition of the CFA’s Startups Hangout will focus on tips and strategies to turn your creativity into profit. The speakers for this hangout are Ojoma Ochai, Director, Arts, West Africa at the British Council; and Obi Asika, Founder, Dragon Africa.

Your Excellency Game Launch
An adventure civic mobile game which is a learning tool for young people on governance, “Your Excellency” is used to address governors and make a statement on aspiring for excellence in governance. It will allow players to run for electoral offices and contribute to the society. The game is set for launch and is produced by Youth Alive Foundation with support from USAID Innovation Spread the Word Fund (ISWF).

BSides Lagos Cyber Security Conference
BSides Lagos is a regional security conference and this is the 3rd edition of the event. The epoch-making event is set to contribute a lot to the security space in Nigeria with a dream team of cybersecurity researchers who will present amazing papers in cybersecurity on the day of the conference. BSidesLagos operates under the umbrella principles of Security B-Sides a large community project within the information security. The fee is #10,000 Naira only.
