Located in Gbagada, Lagos, the hub was built with a focus on education, job creation, venture building, and strategic enterprise support and is designed to change the face of technology, business, and entrepreneurship in Nigeria.
The hub was founded by serial entrepreneur and CEO of The Workforce Group, Bolaji Olagunju and leading VC investor, Toro Orero was appointed as CEO.

The hub is said to be different from other tech hubs in Nigeria in many ways including its team of experienced in-house engineering team of 20+ software developers and designers.
The hub is also expected to provide startups with corporate partnerships, advisory services, great working space and access to finance with different accelerator programmes –all to stimulate startups innovation and achieve her mission of “transforming great ideas into great products and ultimately, great companies.”

At the official unveiling today, there will be an interactive session on “Engineering traction and building sustainable markets” with a group of thought leaders, business leaders, industry experts and the media.
Attendees would also be treated to a facility tour and unveiling of their world-class products which includes – Peerless, a learning management system; and Outwork, a staff on-demand solution.

Over the last decade, startups have helped to pioneer new innovative ideas quickly and efficiently and it is good to see a tech hub like Zone Tech Park leading the way by providing an enabling environment for tech to thrive. It would be cool to see what set of innovations comes out of the hub.
