The Nigeria Tech Summit

The Nigerian tech summit is one of the largest tech conferences in West Africa, attracting leading investors and delegates from around the world to accelerate the development of Africa’s tech ecosystem.

The summit, the fourth annual digital edition powered by Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE), is scheduled to feature ten different speakers and over 5000 delegates in an unprecedented manner.

As one of the largest Tech conferences in Africa, the Nigeria Tech Summit brings together tech investors, entrepreneurs, and influencers who are building or utilizing platforms to enhance Nigerians’ future.

The summit seeks to provide on-site workshop training, networking round tables, and live question-and-answer sessions with speakers and sponsors and impart the principles of ecosystem creation in the area.

During activities at the summit, speakers will discuss frontier tech investments, startup development and ecosystem building. The program concludes with a high-profile call to action VIP session with summit speakers, sponsors, and partners.

The Innovation Support Network (ISN)

The Innovation Support Network (ISN), the network of over 120 tech innovation hubs spread across 25 cities in Nigeria, will be hosting the 4th edition of its Annual Gathering. on the 8th of December 2022.

The event is set to hold at the Landmark Events Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, with the theme: ‘Collaboratively Creating A Sustainable Hub Ecosystem’. This year, the Digital Transformation Centre Nigeria (DTC Nigeria) of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) are strategic partners of the ISN Gathering.

One of the highlights of the ISN Hubs activity calendar is the Annual Gathering, which brings together member hubs and other significant ecosystem players for learning, knowledge exchange, capacity development, and networking.

It is anticipated that 500 people will attend. Since the 2019 inaugural event, which took place virtually in 2020 and 2021, this will be the first physical gathering since that time.

“As a network, our primary objective is to increase Nigeria’s ranking on the global innovation index by supporting individuals, MSMEs and startups with the right tools, skills and resources to build a business and/or become more employable and productive,” the organizers said in a statement.

According to them, the conference will be a one-day event and will feature panel discussions, break-out sessions and networking opportunities for the attendees

Art of Technology 4.0

The Art of Technology Lagos (AOT) is an annual tech conference curated by Eko Innovation Centre and powered by the Lagos State Government – the economic epicentre of Nigeria. This year’s theme is: Talent Acceleration and a Smarter Lagos.

This event brings together key technology industry stakeholders, policymakers, government officials, venture capital firms, startups, and technology talent to create policies that will drive the development of a smarter Lagos.
