The app interface appears to be very basic, which is not exciting. Although each feature has a tag name and an image icon for easier navigation, the app has fewer sub-sections.

These free invoices and receipts can be printed with the brand name attached to them and distributed via email, Bluetooth, and WhatsApp, among other methods.

A bar code scanner is an excellent tool for business owners. According to the app description, the barcode scanner will enable scan to checkout and scan to restock inventories. However, because there are no instructions, some users may struggle to use it.
Furthermore, while testing it, the scanner scans every barcode but does not display any information about the product scanned, implying that there is no difference between scanning a barcode and manually entering product details.

While exploring the app, I also discovered that users can generate invoices to send to customers regarding unpaid transactions and also.

The app interface may be discouraging for those looking for an exciting and vibrant app to bookkeep their business transactions. Furthermore, all transactions on the app cannot be edited or deleted, which can be difficult, particularly if the numbers were entered incorrectly.
The app also does not support the back button; pressing it immediately exits the app. The only way to navigate the app is through the three dots in the upper left corner, which can be tedious.
A POS terminal service was also mentioned by the app team, but there is no such feature or information on the app other than the FAQ page.
Overall, I believe there are other apps that provide the same or more services than the Dukka app, maybe an upgrade will set them apart from competitors in the market.
