Becoming a Pro Product Designer

Becoming a Pro Product Designer is a one-day digital skill training that is aiming to equip young Nigerians with the knowledge of Product Design.

Product Design involves the process of imagining, creating, and iterating products that solve users’ problems or address specific needs in a given market. At the event, attendees will gain first-hand insights from experienced Product Designers including Martin Agubata and Bethel Ofuyatan.

This event has been created by OneBody Church, the event will also help attendees chart their way to becoming Pro Product Designer! See details below:

STEAM Fun Fest 2022

STEAM Fest is a celebration of all things science, technology, engineering, Arts and Math. It began in May 2021, to help enlighten children about opportunities in the field and stimulate their interest in STEAM careers while engaging in hands-on activities as they explore STEAM fields and careers.

In 2021, STEAM Fest was a virtual event with over 1,500 children in attendance. The 2022 edition is bringing children between the ages of 7 and 13 together physically for exposure to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) to build a fresh tribe of skilled and informed Nigerians.

The one-day event programme will feature seasoned speakers, career talks, workshops, fun activities, games and interactive science learning opportunities. With the theme, “STEAM From Classroom to the Real World”, speakers and participants will explore various aspects of STEAM including Robotics, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things comprising four (4) key areas:

STEAM exhibitions – Over 60 vendors provide interactive experiences in STEAM including science experience, robotics, AR/VR, IoT, 3D printing, Esports, and creative arts. STEAM masterclasses – Parents and their children will have an opportunity to attend specially designed seminars/masterclasses covering STEAM careers, education and technology trends

STEAM Lab – This section involves a one-hour class where children have hands-on experience learning coding, robotics, design with Canva, animation, science experiments, etc. Fun zone – Children can play and win in the fun zone which will include digital games, games arcades, and lots more. XT Crypto Hangout & Drink

The XT Crypto Hangout & Drink is a one-day event that is seeking to bring together professionals from Nigeria’s Cryptocurrency industry. Entertaining and engaging activities are on the cards. Participants will get to enjoy games, and network with other crypto enthusiasts, investors, and merchants.
