The luxury car rental market is booming with a projection of reaching $311 billion by 2028, according to data from Globe Newswire – and the man keeping a close eye on the prize as the industry grows is the founder of the luxury car hire company, Starr Luxury Cars, Ikenna Ordor.

How Starr Luxury connects clients to the UK’s largest luxury fleet of cars:

  • Making supercars more accessible to everyone
  • Semi-automated car hire service straight to your door
  • Disrupting the car rental market with an Airbnb-style booking platform

Paying close attention to the car rental market, Ordor has previous experience creating exclusive events for people looking to celebrate their money. Having started organising high-end events for people, Ordor quickly learned that luxury transport to and from events mattered as much as what people wore.

Creating an easy-to-use platform for people looking to hire supercars or book chauffeur-driven services, Starr Luxury Cars combines digital convenience with high-end service to meet the expectations of modern life.

Ordor’s focus to disrupt the traditional rental market has seen his on-demand luxury travel platform gain 100% growth YoY since launching.

Shaking up the luxury rental market

Having built the UK’s largest luxury fleet of supercars, the most expensive rental on the books is currently the Bugatti Chiron; a £2.5 million mid-engine two-seater sports car and one of the fastest road-legal cars in the world.

Ordor’s fleet delivers head-turning supercars and stays true to its goal; “We make being able to access a luxury service seamless.”

Delivering supercars to clients’ homes, offices, and even private jets exclusively in the UK, the business is semi-automated and clients don’t need to interact with anyone until the car is delivered to them.

Arguably, there’s no other car hire service out there currently meeting the needs of people at this level and as he continues to grow his business internationally, the market is Ordor’s for the taking.

Eyes on the international prize

When Ordor was interviewed by Forbes magazine, he shared the international vision he has for Starr Luxury Cars, recognising the scale of demand as global tourism continues to boom.

We’re very international. Think about the hotspots – we need to be in every Tier 1 city. Monaco, Geneva, Paris, and Dubai are huge tourist spots and we want you to have better access to luxury cars there.

Staying true to his word, Ordor has already opened branches of Starr Luxury Cars in LA, Miami, and Atlanta, strategically choosing some of the most wealthy cities in the U.S. With requests already from other cities, Ordor is clear with his strategy for going international.

“We are pacing ourselves to make sure that when we scale, we have an impeccable offering that puts us as the leader in the market for automated luxury transport options,” Ordor.

The next step for this eager entrepreneur is branching into Nigeria and the UAE later this year, driving Starr Luxury Cars closer to becoming leaders in the luxury transport industry.
