Black Sunday in Owo

From going to church to worship God to being brutally murdered by terrorists, residents of Owo experienced a Black Sunday on June 5, 2022, due to an attack at a catholic church in Owo, Ondo, which left about 38 people brutally murdered in cold blood and the country in shock.

Due to this, Nigerians called for increased security measures all around the country.

Tinubu emerges APC presidential flagbearer

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has emerged as the official presidential flagbearer of the APC after he won the party’s presidential primaries with a whopping 1,271 votes. The news of his emergence came after rumours that the APC has chosen a consensus candidate.

Amber heard cut from Aquaman 2?

Fans of the Warner Bros movies, Aquaman and Aquaman lead actor Jason Momoa have taken to social media to protest the inclusion of Amber Heard, who plays the role of Mera, in the movie.

Fans are threatening to boycott the movie if Amber Heard, who the protesting fans have tagged an abuser, is not removed from the movie, Aquaman 2 which is slated to be released at a later date this year.

Amber Heard has received increasing fan hate after the evidence and recordings of her verbally and physically abusing ex-husband, Johnny Depp was made public in their just-concluded defamation lawsuit.
