Digital Pay Expo
Digital PayExpo is a conference in the digital payments space in Africa. Every year, hundreds of C-Suite executives, bankers, investors, start-ups, policy-makers, and development professionals converge to discuss and explore innovative solutions to emerging themes in the financial inclusion space.
For over a decade now, the Digital Pay Expo event has become the leading payment industry platform to showcase innovation and get stakeholders to talk about industry trends.
The conference is scheduled to hold in Lagos for 2 days (9th-10th of June) with the theme “Defi Africa: Beyond Hype, Understanding Use Cases For The Continent”.
The focus of this edition of the Digital Pay Expo is Decentralised Finance, which has become a necessary discussion at this time with the explosion of digital payment platforms.
The 2022 Digital PayExpo conference will also feature an exhibition from sponsors. The organisers say that will be insightful, educating, and packed with lots of information on the practicality of achieving and enduring decentralised finance across a highly competitive digital environment like Africa.
The expected outcome of this conference and exhibition is to help stakeholders take bold steps and decisions in their drive towards implementing DeFi and CBDC as a strategy for future growth across Africa.
