The Head of Customer Service of Nigeria’s largest Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network, FiberOne Broadband, Sola Ogunnusi has reiterated its commitment to customers’ total satisfaction. 

The company has embarked on a vigorous evaluation of its customer success performance to ensure that FiberOne’s human-first culture is mirrored in its customer relations.

She said, “What we are doing is strengthening the existing bond we have with our customers.

“In the face of a new, fast-paced digital order which has been pronounced since the pandemic outbreak, there is a need to continually prioritise and protect the interest of our customers whose digital lifestyles have experienced a shift.

“What is more important to us is improving the digital life of our customers through good internet services and also help them get utmost satisfaction from using our products,” she added.
