As promised, the Technext Coinference is lining up an array of industry heavyweights to do justice to the topics surrounding cryptocurrency and blockchain.

One of these speakers is Uzoma Dozie who is the founder of Sparkle, a digital bank and fintech community operating out of Nigeria.

But before founding Sparkle, Uzoma has hit the pinnacle of banking in Nigerian, serving as the CEO of the now-defunct Diamond Bank shortly before its acquisition by Access Bank. 52 years of age, the super banker variously described as a tech investor and financial inclusion advocate is leading a generation of young Nigerians into the age of digital banking.

Describing himself as an experienced Financial Advisor and entrepreneur at heart who believes in technology and the African spirit, the digital banker believes that technology, along with good governance, has the power to push Africa forward.

At the end of the day, what truly propels me is my vision – to provide best of breed financial and non financial solutions to our customers on our platform through beyond banking collaboration with our partners, and to play a definitive role in the social development and transformation of the people and businesses in our Nigeria.

The quest to play a definitive role in the transformation of the people has led him to found Sparkle. It has also propelled into delivering financial insights that would help people make informed financial decisions, invest wisely and generally, prosper.

This explains why he would be a speaker at the maiden edition of Technext Coinference. The event which would focus on cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and the opportunities therein would be helping people make better financial decisions through cryptocurrency adoption and investment.
