We have curated a list of some tech events which will be holding this week. These events come up between November 1 and November 6, 2021.

Microsoft Ignite 2021

Microsoft will be hosting its second Ignite conference of the year this week. The conference will help customers connect with experts to get answers to questions related to deploying and managing Microsoft technologies.

Key speakers at the event will include Microsoft’s tech leaders, Satya Nadella, Vasu Jakkal, James Phillips, Alysa Taylor, Jared Spataro, Mitra Azizirad, amongst others. They will be speaking on the latest in cloud, productivity, collaboration, security, and application development. 

The event will include product demos, Q&A sessions with Microsoft experts, technical deep dives, and more. 

At this event, Microsoft will announce new features and products that are aimed at IT pros. It’s reasonable to expect news regarding Azure, Microsoft Teams, and more.

Sustainable Smart Cities and Digital Economy Forum

Afritex initiative will be hosting its Sustainable Smart Cities and Digital Economy Forum in Abuja this week.

UX Hangout: Leading with Impact

This week, Utterlyx will be hosting its own edition of the UX Hangout, which is designed to develop leadership capacities, tackle pressing issues, and increase the overall performance of UX enthusiasts. 

This edition of UX Hangout will introduce current and future leaders to the challenges faced in creating sustainable user experiences, particularly in tech and how they can effectively address them. 

Participants will be able to reflect on their own leadership style and gain the skills needed to become 21st-century leaders with a huge positive influence on their products and outputs. 

The event will also address emerging needs such as participation, flexibility, self-responsibility, and trust-based cooperation. These new ways of working often do not fit into the existing working cultures and management structures.
