Super cop Abba Kyari implicated in Hushpuppi case
Infamous Nigerian fraudster, Ramon Olorunwa Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi, made it to the trends list this week and this time he brought major backup with him.
According to an FBI case file made available this week, An Assistant Commissioner of the Nigeria Police (ACP), Abba Kyari was implicated as an accomplice in Hushpuppi’s case. And just like that, the super cop was subscribed for major dragging.
The dragging went a notch higher after Kyari, in his own defence, said he only helped Hushpuppi facilitate the sale and delivery of some native clothes and cap. This left many wondering whether the highly decorated officer also ran a side hustle.
It didn’t end there. As it always is whenever Nigerians are having a field day on social media, someone is bound to catch stray bullets. This time it was the EFCC and Lai Mohammed.
The FBI has issued a warrant for the extradition of ACP Kyari to answer for his alleged crimes. It remains to be seen if the super cop whom many believe is connected to the very top, would be allowed to go clear his name in America.
Sabena: The crazy Girlfriend
Ordinarily, we should be tired of Biyi and Sabena’s off and on relationship by now. But again, who gets tired of a gift that keeps on giving, especially if the gift is the kind of hot gist that keeps body and soul together?
Well, the explosive duo apparently came back together again after their last violent breakup. According to the story, Sabena lured Biyi back with false pregnancy claims. But as is always the case, the centre just can’t hold when these two are together. Sabena went on a destruction spree damaging Biyi’s Macbook and other personal items. Trust Twitter people to add fuel into the fire.
Some were quick to remind us that Biyi a picked Sabrina through an audition. I mean, who does that?
