Avatar

OPPO made an impression since 2019 with its pop-up designs, its price, long battery life and very fast charging phone and other compelling features. OPPO devices generally look more expensive than they are, it looks and feels much more ”sophisticated”.

OPPO A92 Design

The OPPO A92 is available in two natural colors, Twilight Black and an Aurora Purple color, it has a comfortable handgrip, which makes it less slippery from other phones, it isvery light and has 3D quad curve design.

It weighs 192g in size and 8.9mm in thickness; the color also changes when exposed to light.

There is four-camera lenses flush to the handset’s back with a glass protecting them from scratches when the device is laid on a desk or other surface.

The front is nearly all screen, the screen ratio is nearly 80%. My favorite of OPPO A92 camera is the portrait mode; the portrait mode is different from normal camera.

The camera is made up of a 48MP main shooter, which has ½ sensor and f/1.7 aperture; an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, which has a ¼ sensor. It comes with an LED Flash and comes with features like HDR and panorama.

It has integrated design of power button and finger recognition on the side.

The main rear cameras are at 48MB Ultra HD/f/1.7, which brings high-resolution Imaging capacity and high resolving capability.

It handles wide-angle and close-up shots beautifully well, the night mode also does a good job, the night mode captures more light than standard shooting mode.

OPPO A92 Performance

The OPPO A92 runs with 8GB of RAM +128GB storage, it gives an impressive performance, the screen is definitely one of the phone’s standout features, there is a “night shield” mode that reduces blue light, which can be set to kick in at a set time or enabled manually.

One of my major experiences with the phone is the battery longevity and reverse charging.

The OPPO A92 custom software, ColorOS is on version 7.1 ColorOS is the look and feel of the OS; it has a dark mode, optimized interface.

It has the smart driving mode; user will not be interrupted by notification.

Battery Life

The phone comes with a non-removable 5000mAh battery, which lasts as long as 34hours, it doesn’t take long to charge as well, it takes about 2hours and some minutes to charge fully. It also can be used to charge other devices.

Conclusion

What really stood out for me was the portrait rear camera that made picture really sharp and beautiful.

The storage capacity and premium look of the OPPO A92 make it a really beautiful phone. Guess what? The phone costs just N109,900. All these amazing features for that price, isn’t that just so cool?
