Africa Cyber Security Culture Conference 2020

Industry experts from across Africa will convene to discuss key trends and topics relevant to cybersecurity on the continent at the Africa Cyber Security Culture Conference 2020. 

Indigenous cybersecurity experts from top organisations will be presenting their security strategies, techniques and KPIs that can help develop diverse and relevant cybersecurity culture in the continent.

The online event will host an impressive list of speakers including Charl Van Der Walk, Head of Security Research at Orange Cyberdefence; Perry Carpenter, Chief Evangelist and Strategy Officer at KnowBe4; and Kai Roer, Managing Director at CLTrRE.

Effect of COVID-19 on Manufacturing Webinar

On Tuesday, the innovation centre at The Aga Khan University will be hosting a webinar to discuss the effect COVID-19 has had on the manufacturing sector and how the sector is coping.

The discussion will be hosted by Ms Wakiaga, the CEO of Kenya Association of Manufacturers. She will unravel what has been happening in the manufacturing sector during this COVID-19 era.

Pre & Post COVID-19 Fintech and SMEs Development

This event was organised to enlighten finance, tech and other related practitioners on the influence of Fintech and SMEs as a catalyst for Nigeria’s development pre and post COVID-19. The program which will be hosted by the Ogun State branch of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, is part of the organisation’s Community program.

The discussion will host industry expert like Dr Segun Aina, past president of CIBN and Chairman, Board of Directors ODUA group of companies; Prof Segun Ajibola, Dean of PG School Caleb University among others.
