The new package was launched yesterday at an event that was quite interesting and engaging. Dubbed mPulse Planet, the launch event was a mini-wonderland, packed with plenty of fun games and activities.
“We always seek to proffer innovative and relevant solutions that enable our customers connect with their tomorrow”, says Oluwole Rawa, General Manager, Consumer Marketing at MTN. “This platform does precisely that, providing a controlled environment where our youngsters can explore and learn more, and have fun while doing it.”
The portal comes loaded with plenty of educational contents for youngsters between Primary One and SS3 classes. Contents range from computer programming, fashion designing, medicine and blogging to engineering, writing, data science and motivational speaking.
Exam preparation materials for WAEC, NECO and JAMB also exist on the website.

The portal also provides a number of interesting single and multiplayer games.
However, access to the portal requires registration. And once registered, parents and guardians can control what their kid’s access on the internet.
mPulse Comes With a New Data Plan
mPulse also comes with two interesting data plans for youngsters: a weekly and monthly plan. With as little as N150 kids can get up to 1.2GB of data on the monthly data plan. The weekly plan cost just N50 for 350MB.
Interested users can migrate to the mPulse plan by dialling *344*1# either from a new or existing MTN SIM.
