Introducing Carrot.ng, a FinTech Company Set to Simplify Access to Inheritance and Estate Planning Online

Carrot Technologies Limited, a FinTech company has berthed in Lagos with a vision to be a dominant digital estate planning player in Africa.

One of the challenges in Nigeria today is that of inheritance and estate planning. It is generally believed that the making of wills is an exclusive preserve of the rich.

Thankfully, the new Company is on a mission to simplify access to estate planning online for everyone, everywhere starting from Nigeria.

    carrot.ng

    About Carrot Technologies Limited

Explaining the concept, the Founder/CEO of Carrot Technologies Limited, Luqman Balogun, said “Life is full of uncertainties and risks. We all face these challenges irrespective of social class, ethnicity, religion and other factors. These are the realities of life. Those who succeed in life are those who acknowledge these uncertainties and hence, arm themselves with a well-planned strategy on how to face and overcome these challenges.”

According to Balogun, this assumption is patently false as Carrot Technologies Limited has all the answers needed for the making of wills and inheritance and estate planning.

He described Carrot.ng as a one-stop online estate planning solution for subscribers to securely create, update and schedule execution of their Wills and or other Testamentary instruments such as Deed of Gifts, Revocable Living Wills etc in real time, anytime, anywhere.

Carrot.ng is enjoyable, convenient and secure. The platform enables testators to appoint guardians for children under 18 years old and aged parents and/or relatives, appoint executors, witnesses and trustees in a seamless manner. All our subscribers are rewarded with free N1,000,000 and N100,000 personal insurance and medical expense covers respectively.

In addition, Balogun said subscribers can buy specific insurance products including health, life, travel and unemployment policies on the platform. The company’s partners include Leadway Insurance Plc, Royal Exchange Assurance Plc, and SendBox/DHL .

    Finally, a Platform for All

Carrot helps families break through the perceived challenges of securing and protecting their families’ financial future. It overcomes the difficulty, costs, and isolation that most people experience while trying to complete essential legal and financial tasks. Carrot enables you to make a legal and valid will, purchase a health, life, travel, and unemployment benefits insurance and organize your inventory of assets – in minutes and with just a click.

This unique social experience also makes it easy for users to invite family and friends to serve important future roles, encouraging transparent dialogue about hopes and expectations. Carrot guides users through these decisions, and makes them easy to change at any time, with just a click on their phones. It combines many of the tools used by the wealthy and makes them accessible and affordable to all families.

Carrot aims to remove all barriers that prevent most families from getting the kind of legal and financial protection they need and deserve. The company has made it enjoyable, convenient and secure for everyone to create a financial security plan and organize their assets easily by visiting their website.

    The Carrot Technologies Limited Team

The Company has very distinguished and accomplished professionals on the Board and chaired by Prof M. T AbdulRazaq. Other Directors are; Henry Laraiyetan, Odunayo Williams – Co-Founder/COO, Markie Idowu, Lawal Olarinoye, and Segun Afolahan.

According to the Founder/CEO of Carrot Technologies Limited, families can finally take estate planning off their perpetual ‘to do’ list – in a way that is social, and even enjoyable, right from the comfort of their homes, offices, or on the road.
